Growing in Faith and Christian Commitment
Confirmation is a sacrament of the Catholic Church in which a baptized person is strengthened by the Holy Spirit and more deeply joined to the life and mission of the Church. It invites Catholics to live their faith with greater maturity, courage, and commitment.
Preparation normally includes prayer, instruction in Catholic faith and practice, reflection on the meaning of discipleship, and a deeper understanding of the sacrament. For parish preparation for children or youth, please see CCD.
Adult Confirmation
Adults exploring or preparing for Confirmation can find the parish’s adult formation pathway through Becoming Catholic: OCIA.
